The NEC office fitout involved a full floor refurbishment on the podium level of Pencarrow House.
An open-plan collaborative workspace was created along with a secure lobby, multiple meeting spaces, a boardroom and a flexible breakout space. Areas were divided by full height glazed partitioning, large format glazed sliding doors and feature suspended acoustic screens.
With a tight occupation deadline, RivCon’s experienced team were able to accommodate a fast-tracked programme over the Christmas holiday period and deliver the space on time, on budget and to a high standard.
